The following conditions are valid only for direct bookings (made through our website or by telephone). Different conditions may apply for bookings arriving from third party sites; for these we invite you to read the conditions on the respective booking channel.

For Non-Refundable rates, there is no possibility of refund or date change.
For Standard rates, no percentage is retained for cancellations up to 4 days before arrival.
eg. Free cancellation until Wednesday at 19 for arrivals on Sunday.

For cancellations up to 2 days before, the following will be retained:
- 50% of the total, for one-day bookings
- the total of the first night for longer bookings.

For cancellations the day before check-in or no-show, the reservation is non-refundable

Otherwise, if communications or payment do not arrive by the date established with the staff, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

The change of date follows the same free rule as the Standard rate:
- free up to 4 days before, applicable only once
- up to 2 days before it is suggested to cancel and ask for a 50% refund
- the day before check-in or the day of arrival, the reservation is non-amendable/non-refundable
